Where is drop off and pick up?

When you arrive pull past the office and back-in park by the double sliding glass doors marked "Load Area 1".

We will be there to meet you at your arranged time.

When is drop off and pick up?

Unless otherwise arranged, your pick up is 10 AM on the Friday before your event and drop off is 10 AM on the Monday following.

What do I need to do if I cannot make the Friday or Monday 10 AM drop off or pick up time?

What is the difference between a tent and a teepee?

Tents are a structure that cover approximately 3/4 of the mattress. They are assembled by you and take approximately 10 minutes per tent. A set-up video is located here: https://www.seattlesleepovers.com/tent-assembly.

Teepees are a pre-assembled structure that form a point at the top. They offer more vertical space, cover approximately 1/4 of the mattress and are recommended for larger parties (less set-up time) and older kids.

How much space do the tents and teepees take up?

Both tents and teepees take up approximately 4'x6' space on the floor.

Can you rent the air mattress and decor without the tent or teepee?

Yes! Air mattresses by themselves take up less space and are a great option for parties that have less space.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your party with a full refund up to 3 day before the day of the event.

What if there is damage to the rented items?

Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up or returned on time, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.

How long does it take to set up?

In general, we recommend giving yourself at least an hour to setup, depending on your party size.

TENTS: Tents come unassembled and set up time depends on the number of tents that you rent. We suggest planning for 10 minutes per bed to set up the frame, inflate mattresses and arrange decor.

TEEPEES: Teepees come pre-assembled. We recommend planning for 5 minutes per bed to inflate mattresses and arrange decor.

Can I use the set ups outside?

No, the tents and teepees are for indoor use only.

Question 13

Will the tents or teepees damange my floors?

Accepted Answer

Each tent has a silicone protector on the feet to protect floors against scratching and damage. Teepees have either  a silicone foot or fabric cover on the end of the rounded pole.

What do my guests need to bring?

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not provide pillows and blankets for sleeping. The pillows and blankets provided are for decoration only. Please have guests bring their own pillow, sleeping bag or blankets.

What are your sanitizing procedures?

Accepted Answer

We ask our clients to launder the sheets prior to return. All other linens are cleaned by Seattle Sleepovers using products designed to disinfect linens. Breakfast trays, lights, tent frames, and all other non-linen items are treated with disinfectant wipes or spray.

Do you offer party set up, tear down or delivery?

We do not offer delivery, party set-up and tear down. Tents are picked up and returned by the renter and an assembly video is provided to assist with set-up.
